Every order is packed by hand in Chicago and sent via USPS Ground Advantage.

Business days are Monday to Friday and don't include postal holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Returns
If a sign isn't right, you can return it within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a refund.
To start a return, email sam@tdstudiosshop.com with your order number and a line about what went wrong. Sam will send return instructions.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, email sam@tdstudiosshop.com with a photo and it'll be put right.
